Neil Strauss – The Game is Born
Neil Strauss wrote his world-leading, tell-all book “The Game” in Sep 2005. He claimed the tale about a secret, “inner-circle” group of ‘Pickup Artists’, who used routines, lines and a scientifically tested system to pickup ladies. Before The Game, Neil wrote a range of articles for Rolling Stone mag, co-wrote autobiographies for multiple rock-stars ( including Motley Crue, Jenna Jameson and Marylin Manson ) and since 2005, he is released 3 more books onto the Times top-sellers list. He is one of the more edgy writers of our era.
And his talent showed thru in spades, when he was chatting to ladies. If you look at Neil Strauss‘s routines, you can see long, eloquently made masterpieces of language. Each word was picked, selected and engineered to make a physical reaction in the girls he chatted with. Like Mystery who’s wizardry tricks are really part of his daytime character Neil Strauss showed his zeal for writing in his routines, and the ladies he seduced with them found his keenness impossible to resist.
Because Style got superb results with his routines, he suspected he had “magic words” anyone could use, to capture a woman’s heart. Back on the first quick seduction bulletin board where each dating Guru from David DeAngelo, to Mystery and Style, to Tyler Durden got their start Neil and I had a detailed, thought-out debate about why his routines worked, as it was not the “words.” Let me sum it up for you : Neil Strauss thought you might tell a girl about your past squeezes, casually mention your mansion or tell bold tales which would show ladies you’re a valuable man.

Somebody she should sleep with. In fact, Mystery and Style popularised the term “DHV” or “Demonstration of Higher Value”, based mostly on these routines. On the surface level, this makes complete sense.
